This is from the series of illustrations for a children's book, "Drink & Fry: partners in crime". They are the animated mascots for the fast food giant MK-Ultra Tastee.

MK-Ultra's key ingredients were engineered in AIC labs during a few innocent mind control experiments of the late 70's.... the project was later terminated by Emperor Ketchup in 1984. — From documents obtained through the FISIA

Drink & 10 Gallon Fry

Drink is basically just the clown of the group while Fry is much more devious. Drink collects MK-Ultra Meal toys, tends to ribbon-cutting, and other PR matters, while his partner Fry enjoys manipulating headlines and bizarre consumer behavior through the various media conglomerates he controls.

Green Drink

Drink is cool. He keeps it clean. Thinking too much tends to give him an "ice-cream headache" but what can you expect? He's got ice for brains.
